August 14, 2023CBD & THC – Portioning Your High
Do you want to get high? This week, we take a look at CBD & THC and how to portion your high. You’ve probably been asked that question in your life before. Now, more than ever THC is becoming mainstream in the United States and the world. First off, we would like to say we are still very much a CBD company and love our CBD products just as much as our THC products. This month however, we just launched our Max Effect Gummies so we’re putting a little extra focus on THC. They’re also 20% off the whole month of June so be sure to grab yours ASAP.
A big share of our customers use our Pure Isolate CBD formulation because they do not want the psychoactive effects of THC. There’s also another portion of our customer base that loves to use both together. While we have portioned our products with the perfect amount of cannabinoids for you, there is always room for exploration. It really comes down to what works best for you. We are here to guide you through the experience and let you decide what journey is the best strategy. We are knowledgeable about cannabinoids and can help you in finding the ones that are right for your lifestyle. We are always here to help.
Feelings of CBD vs THC
CBD works almost as a stealth operator. It travels to your Endocannabinoid System and gives you the effects you desire without having any psychoactive effects. THC is different. THC will give you a psychoactive effect and make the user feel “high”. Now, that totally does depend on how much a person takes and a few other factors that we get into below.
Customers use our Pure Isolate CBD products for a number of reasons including helping with general discomfort, trying to feel more at ease, and overall Wellness. Others use our THC products to feel the psychoactive effects and experience an elevation of senses. These cannabinoids can be combined in our products and that is how we formulate our Full Spectrum products. These give users a little bit of both of the previous mentioned effects of CBD and THC.
While portioning CBD, we ask customers to start off slowly and go from there to see what works for them. The same can be said about THC.
Ingesting THC
Vaping, dabbing, or smoking THC, makes you normally feel effects right away. With edibles, THC can take some time to kick in and have full effect. Edibles break down through your digestive system before they reach your Endocannabinoid System. This gives the user a different high as well – more of a body high.
It should be noted that age, weight, and gender can all affect one’s experience while consuming THC. For example, a smaller framed individual might take one of our 5mg CBD / THC edibles and feel “highly” elevated within an hour. A more full framed person might have to take two of our 15mg CBD / THC gummies to feel the same effects as the previous person.
Again, take your time when experimenting. Be sure to wait a little while to see if the effects hit you. Too many times, we’ve heard stories of customers becoming too “elevated” because they took too many gummies because they thought they were not taking effect. Patience is a virtue and that is very true when it comes to edibles. When consuming edibles we always recommend that you are in a safe place and in a comfortable environment!
Start Small
If you are just beginning your THC journey, we suggest starting with our 1mg and 2mg formulations in our standard Full Spectrum lines. These formulas will give you a small taste of THC, which is great if you have not tried the cannabinoid before. Start with 1mg and work your way up from there. Portion out your THC to see when you will start to feel psychoactive effects.
Our Regular Strength Full Spectrum Tinctures contain 30mg of Hemp-Derived Delta-9 THC in each bottle. We do not recommend drinking the whole bottle as that may leave a bitter taste in your mouth, but you do have up to 30mg of THC to experiment and play around with in a Full Spectrum Tincture. Once you have experimented with a few milligrams of THC, it’s time to move onto our 5mg CBD/THC Gummies
5 MG CBD/THC
For new users of THC, 5mg should provide psychoactive effects. It’s a great starting point for those looking to have their first heightened psychoactive experience with THC. Again, your physical anatomy may impact the effect that these gummies have on you. Some may consume 5mg and feel light effects, while others may feel very heavy effects.
Also note, that if you are a regular consumer of THC products your tolerance can be influenced by previous use. That means that someone who consumes edibles regularly may find that 5mg does not have that much of an effect. Which brings us to…
15MG CBD/THC
Our 15 mg CBD/THC Gummies are for users who definitely want to feel the full potency of THC. Even frequent consumers of THC should feel a high when taking this gummy. The high can be described as elevating your sense, making you more aware of certain elements of your environment, and bringing an overall feeling of euphoria. We created a list last week about 5 Adventures You can partake in and around Denver while taking these gummies. If it’s your first time consuming THC we suggest taking these in a safe space surrounded by friends. Never get behind the wheel while consuming this product and always be responsible.
We’re Still a CBD Company!
As mentioned before, our Max Effect Gummies contain equal amounts of CBD and THC. We understand the importance CBD plays in our products. It is the main ingredient in the majority of our products and we love it! This month we’re highlighting THC because it is Max Effect month. Next week we’re putting together a blog with the Top Landmarks you can visit across the country while enjoying our Max Effect Gummies. then, in July, Infinite CBD will be highlighting our Energy product line and offering more information about the formulation.
