August 14, 2023Mental and Physical Wellness
August 14, 2023Today is World Health Day! Here at Infinite CBD, our community’s well-being is a top priority. World Health Day is a day that brings awareness to different health problems across the globe.
“The theme for this year’s World Health Day is ‘Our Planet, Our Health’. Amid the ongoing pandemic and pollution growing on the planet, diseases like cancer, asthma, and heart diseases are increasing rapidly.” – News18
Here are some tips to stay well. While some of these may sound like no-brainers, it’s always good to have a reminder, plus a push to help everyone get started!
Tips and Tricks:
- Eat Healthy – Driving by all those fast food places can be tempting, but organic fruits and veggies can be tempting too! Who doesn’t love a strawberry banana smoothie in the morning!? You can even try adding one of our Focus CBD Tinctures to a smoothie to help with your morning concentration.
- Exercise – I hate it, you hate it, we all hate it. Okay, maybe that’s a little dramatic, and sure – there are people that love cardio, but it’s hard to start a routine and stick to it. Word of advice, start small. Make sure you have the building blocks to reach your exercise goals and try one of our Energy CBD Gummies to give you a little boost to get on that elliptical.
- Know Your Body – Know your limits and don’t push yourself too hard. Have a vitamin routine in the morning and know what kind of supplements your body needs. You can even add one of our Wellness CBD Capsules to your morning vitamin routine.
- Sleep, Sleep, Sleep! – We all know that adults are recommended to sleep 8 hours a night. We also know that we face anxieties, worries, restlessness, etc. as we try to fall asleep. Try to clear your mind before bed, unload your thoughts to a journal, friend, or partner. Having a clear mind is one of the quickest ways to fall asleep. It also helps to have a routine before bed and you can even try one of our Relax CBD Gummies for a little extra push.
This is all easier said than done but we have to start somewhere. Being proactive about our health is the best way to plan for our futures and help our overall well being. What are some of your health tips on 2022’s World Health Day? Let us know!
